Building and Pest Inspection
This is the most commonly purchased inspection report. It is used when buying a house – usually between the time of having your offer accepted and signing the contract of sale – also known as the “Cooling Off Period”. This inspection is a combined Building and Pest Inspection which covers all physical defects.
Some providers try to charge separately for building and pest inspections, we charge only one flat fee of $450 for combined building and pest inspections.
This is the most comprehensive report conducted by ABC. One of qualified building inspectors will conduct a full structural assessment, defect list and a pest inspection. This inspection is then transformed into an easy-to read report which abides by Australian standards
